Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days


Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days


Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and are interested in placing an order, please contact us to discuss possible shipping options.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and any supporting information or photos. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.


Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement for stolen packages.
